Some services require basic information so that we can provide you with the highest quality services. Some basic information is personal data according to Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on personal data protection, as amended by Act no. 84/2014 Coll.

Registration is not required to use the website.

1. How we protect your personal data

Data transmission is secured by encryption,

• data is stored in a secure database with authorized access, which we protect against damage, destruction, loss, or misuse,
• all our employees who come into contact with the data have been duly instructed on how to handle them correctly,
• we do not make your personal data accessible, public, or provide it to third parties. (only in cases explicitly defined by law – state administration bodies for investigation and control purposes).

2. Scope of processed data

When ordering a service via email, you need to provide us with the following information:

• first and last name
• your email address
• phone number
• If you are ordering as a company / sole proprietor, especially on the website https://www.regnomedia.sk/ : company name, ID number and possibly VAT ID, registered office address, email address and website.

This data is stored electronically. If you wish to have your data deleted after the cooperation ends, please request it by email. Your data will be irrevocably deleted.

By submitting an electronic order, the client (data subject) enters into a business relationship with the operator and, in accordance with Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, grants consent to the processing of their personal data provided in the order for the above-mentioned purpose, until such consent is withdrawn in writing. The provision of personal data is voluntary.

3. Rights and obligations of the data subject (client)

• The data subject is obliged to provide only complete and truthful data.
• The data subject undertakes to update their data in the event of a change, no later than before the first order following the change.
• The data subject undertakes that if they provide personal data of a third party in an online order, they do so only with their consent, and the data subject is aware of the procedures, rights, and obligations set forth on this page.
• The data subject has the right, upon written request (letter, email), to require the operator:

– information on the status of processing of their personal data,

– information about the source from which the operator obtained their personal data,

– a copy of their personal data that are subject to processing,

– correction of their incorrect, incomplete, or outdated personal data that are subject to processing.

• The data subject may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing. Consent will expire within 1 month of the operator receiving the withdrawal of consent, and the data will be deleted immediately upon receipt.

All legitimate requests of the data subject will be processed, and the data subject will be informed in writing within 30 days of their receipt.

4. Payment transaction security

When ordering, do not enter any information for bank transfer that directly relates to the handling of money in your accounts. All payments are made according to your preferences – in cash, by bank deposit, or by cashless internet banking. When paying via internet banking, we do not come into contact with your payment details, which are, however, processed by the bank through the bank's secure pages.
